Brady Hoke has done an excellent job of turning the Michigan football program around and restoring it within the Big Ten, and much of that has to do with his abilities as a recruiter.

Say what you will about Hoke's "Michigan Man" approach to recruiting, but there's no doubting that it's highly effective. He's created an excitement and buzz about Michigan football, and it's not as if the program needed much help with that anyhow.
