Notre Dame's men's basketball team rolled Delaware State 93-69 last night to improve to 4-0 on the season.
The win was impressive in that the Irish played without starters Tim Abromaitis, Eric Atkins, and Joey Brooks. They dressed only seven scholarship players.
Delaware State is not the same team that went to the NCAA tournament back in 2005, but they did come into the game with some firepower. The other night the Hornets played Georgia Tech tough in a 70-52 loss. They trailed just 30-23 at halftime and showed they had a couple of players in G Tahj Tate and F Marques Oliver.
