Gary Parrish, CBSSports.com, is reporting that the North Carolina Tar Heels backcourt rotation suffered a blow as Leslie McDonald tore his a ACL in a Pro-Am game in Memphis on Thursday night.
Off the bench, McDonald averaged seven points in only 16 minutes per game in the 2010-11 season.
Because of this, head coach Roy Williams may need to count on incoming freshman, P.J. Hairston, sooner than planned, especially if Reggie Bullock has not fully recovered from his knee injury.
