It's the middle of July—less then a month before fall practice begins. The summer heat is rising and high school athletes are continuing to tour summer camps and university campuses.  

Currently, Oregon has six verbal commitments for the class of 2011, and here is a look at the offers Chip Kelly and company have on the table. 

Quarterbacks (4)

The quarterback position will be left with three returning players following the 2010 season.  

Marcus Mariota has been rumored to be swaying with his verbal, and Jerrard Randall continues to impress.

The size of Brett Hundley would be a a great addition to Kelly's offense, but many believe he doesn't have Oregon...
