Randy Culpepper

The diminutive UTEP guard went to Tulsa and wrecked shop in one of the biggest games of the year for the Miners. In 30 minutes, Culpepper tallied 27 points on a torrid, 10-18 shooting. What’s most impressive about him is his ability to create his own shot with blinding quickness off the dribble.
