Indiana Hoosiers Football: An Early Preview

At this point, there is nowhere to go but up.

Last season, the boys who play in "The Rock," hit rock bottom. They ended their season with a 3-9 record, despite a very easy schedule (including eight home games).

The team failed almost all expectations placed on them from two years ago, when the Hoosiers made their first bowl game in 14 years.

This season is a very important one for the program for three reasons:

1. This is Bill Lynch's final season with his current contract (he has two years remaining). Either he will be fired after a failed year or given an extension.
