Charlie Sheen Hangs Out With The Georgia Tech Baseball Team

Before taking stage for his “Violent Torpedo of Truth” show in Atlanta on Thursday, the most popular man in the universe, Charlie Sheen, made a stop at the Georgia Tech University campus.

After Todd Zeile of all people reached out to Georgia Tech baseball manager Danny Hall to arrange the visit, Sheen practiced with the Georgia Tech baseball team for nearly hours on Thursday afternoon.

According to Georgia Tech spokesman Dean Buchan, Sheen took some BP and fielded some groundballs and flyballs in the outfield.

Regardless of what you may think of Sheen, I think this is pretty cool. I was really surprised to see all the negativity in the comment section of the Atlanta Journal Constitution.

I say with full confidence that Sheen wasn’t the first nor will be the last person to step on the Georgia Tech campus who had or has a issue with drugs or alcohol.

By all accounts, Sheen handled himself pretty well with the players and on the field, so if anything this was probably a great experience for the team.
