Tennessee's team was about as shut down as Lane Kiffin's mouth was shut during the game. For once, a team had no answer to the question of how to stop the Hokies, and Lane Kiffin had no emotion or feisty words to give out.

Kiffin's emotions showed a deer-in-the-headlights look every time the cameras showed him on the sideline, and his team literally dropped any chance to make a comeback.

For his part, Crompton put passes in the hands of receivers, only to see them slip through their fingers just like the game.

For once Monte Kiffin didn't seem to have a clue either as the Hokies ran over, through, and around the Vols for 229 yards rushing and another 209 through the air.

Tennessee was held to just five yards...
