Until Saturday I was starting to wonder if Tate Forcier would ever play a "bad game."

And although he didn't play a bad game on Saturday, he did prove he's human and still a freshman. 

All I can say is he couldn't have picked a better time with Michigan facing what looks like its second easiest opponent on the schedule.

Despite Forcier's sub-par play the Wolverines rolled to a 45-17 victory over Eastern Michigan. Most people agree that it's a "teachable" game, and freshmen need those kind of games if for no better reason than to keep them in check and not let their heads get too big.
