I was about to say that Lane Kiffin was setting a decent example for diciplinary measures and now Janzen Jackson may very well take the field against Kentucky.

The District Attorney has dropped the charges against Jackson due to insufficient evidence and Kiffin has allowed him to return to participating in team activities saying he felt bad for what Jackson had been through.

The Vols can use him, he was missed in the Ole Miss game that's for sure however I don't think the outcome would have been any different but the scoreboard deficit might have been a few points less.
