Former Bama Standout Terry Grant Forgoes Final Season

Breaking news early this morning out of Tuscaloosa. Bama's Terry Grant, the leading rusher from 2007, has elected not to return for a fifth and final season. Grant, who would have been a red shirt senior next season, was looking in from the outside in the crowded Crimsontide backfield, behind 2009 Heisman trophy winner Mark Ingram and Freshman phenom Trent Richardson. It is also expected that highly tauted red-shirt freshman Eddie Lacy would take over Roy Upchurch's roll as the third down and change of pace back.
