The No. 10 South Carolina Gamecocks won their 18th consecutive home game Saturday with a 31-17 victory over the No. 6 Clemson Tigers in the 2013 edition of The Palmetto Bowl from Williams-Brice Stadium.

It also extended South Carolina's win streak to five in the rivalry that dates back to 1896:

Senior quarterback Connor Shaw was the star of the show thanks to his 14-of-26 day for 152 yards, one touchdown and no interceptions. Shaw also led the team in rushing thanks to his 22 carries for 94 yards and one score.
