Welcome back fans of the underdogs. This last week included some big wins(Houston) and some devastating losses (Notre Dame).

The losses by Ohio State and Oklahoma State were helpful to our hopefuls. Dropping off the radar for now as BCS busters are Notre Dame (tough loss to Michigan), Fresno State (heart breaker to Wisconsin), and Bowling Green (gut wrencher to Missouri). Added to the conversation are SMU, Hawaii, and Sourthern Miss.

Big games with big implications this week are No. 14 Georgia Tech vs No. 20 Miami, No. 10 Boise St. vs Fresno St., No. 19 Nebraska vs No. 13 Virginia Tech, Tulsa vs. No. 12 Oklahoma, and Florida St. vs No. 7 BYU.
