With the modern era has come a major focus on sports dress. The days of the 40's and 50's where everyone just wore two sets of uniforms are over. A sports uniform does not just represent a team; It represents money. The more jerseys to sell, the better. Getting that extra jersey on the shelf can be difficult, especially if your team has one color. The result of this concept has been the constant unleashing of alternate jerseys for college teams around the country. I almost could say that Nike's new Pro Combat uniforms, which are to be worn by select Nike schools this month, are the worst uniform trend in college sports.
