Alabama's starting H-back Kelly Johnson has been accused of a brutal off-campus assault that has resulted in a federal lawsuit and could cause more difficulty with depth on offense.

Al.com confirmed the suit, but "innocent until proven guilty" does not always apply in situations regarding collegiate sports teams.
