The 2009-2010 College Football Season has begun its rise to once again plague the minds of innocent sports fanatics, and it's time for us all to give our opinions on how the season will play out.

The coaches already have given their two cents, as the Preseason Top 25 was released yesterday. Now it's my turn, and I'm going big.

Tier One (Spots 1-11)

There really isn't any question about it. Tim Tebow has already proven he's among the best QBs of this decade, and his senior year appears to maybe be his best year yet. Not to mention he's also got great talent all around him and an excellent defense as well.
