Looking back, the 2008 season was disappointing for many Bulldog fans after expectations of a National Championship were shattered and Georgia didn't even win the SEC East.

While the 2009 outlook is promising, it still stings to reminisce at what could have been...

Injuries

It's hard to believe that any team could sustain as many injuries as Georgia did last year and still produce a 10-win team.  The Bulldogs had to deal with 18 season-ending injuries in 2009!

In a conference that is defined by depth, imagine the difference it would have made had Georgia not lost nearly one-fourth of their roster due to injuries.
