STARKVILLE, MS – The NCAA wants to conduct another round of interviews with Renardo Sidney and his family next week.
That’s what the Sidneys’ attorney, Donald Jackson, told reporters on Wednesday. Alex Hammond, of the NCAA Eligibility Center, interviewed the Sidneys in July as part of the amateurism evaluation of the 6'10" Sidney, a Mississippi State freshman.
Ten games into the season, Sidney has yet to see the court as the NCAA continues to gather information.
“After several days of interviews in (Los Angeles) and Mississippi, the NCAA has still not established the existence of any violations in the Renardo Sidney matter,” Jackson wrote in a mass text message.
