Fred VanVleet, a preseason All-American and key leader of the Wichita State Shockers' 2015 Sweet 16 run, will likely miss this week's Advocare Invitational in Orlando after suffering a hamstring injury.

VanVleet Injury Looks Serious

Monday, Nov. 23

Shockers head coach Gregg Marshall broke the news Monday, per ESPN.com's Jeff Goodman: "I'd be surprised if he plays. The last thing the doctors told me was probably the Saint Louis game at best."

Wichita State will play St. Louis on Dec. 5.
