The 2015-16 college basketball season appears loaded with terrific scouting opportunities for NBA evaluators.

Throughout the year, we should see top-10 talents face off, and even No. 1 overall candidates go head-to-head. 

Sometimes, all it takes is one eye-opening performance in front of the right scout for a prospect to rise up the draft board.
