The Patriot League returned to relevance last year by having a pair of premier mid-majors in Bucknell and Lehigh. Both teams had the potential to beat someone in the NCAA tournament, and of course Lehigh did by upsetting Duke and nearly defeating Xavier in March.

Once again, Lehigh and Bucknell are the top dogs in the conference, and there are no other teams really threatening those two for the crown.
